Our Commitment to You

Your satisfaction matters. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can evaluate and provide guidance. Most issues can be resolved quickly with proper aftercare or adjustments.


Scheduling & Timing

To ensure optimal results:

  • Signature, Express, and Group Glows should be scheduled 1–2 days before travel or events

  • Bridal & Event Glow services should be scheduled 2–3 weeks in advance

Appointments are required — no walk-ins.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for changes.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee

  • Missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings

  • Repeated last-minute changes may limit booking privileges

This allows us to serve all clients fairly.


Arrival & Appointment Readiness

Please be ready at your scheduled time.

Because this is a mobile service, delays may impact subsequent appointments. If you are not prepared upon arrival, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Preparation instructions are provided in advance and should be followed for best results.


Mobile Service Requirements

Clients must provide:

  • Adequate indoor space for setup

  • A clean, safe environment

  • Proper ventilation

The Glow Method Spray Tan reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsuitable.


Health & Safety Disclosure

Please notify us in advance if you have:

  • Skin conditions or sensitivities

  • Allergies

  • Recent cosmetic procedures

  • Pregnancy

  • Use of retinoids or Accutane

  • Open wounds or irritation

Service may be postponed if skin is not in suitable condition.


Previous Tan Removal

For best results, all previous spray tan or self-tanner residue should be removed prior to your appointment. Remaining color may cause uneven development or buildup.


Clothing & Comfort

You may wear dark or older undergarments/swimwear during the session, or choose minimal coverage if comfortable. Male clients must wear undergarments or swim trunks.

Your privacy and comfort are always respected.


Age Requirement

Clients under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian and must wear appropriate garments during the session.


Membership Policies

Radiance Membership benefits are subject to availability and responsible scheduling. Sessions are recommended every 10–15 days for optimal results. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.


Personal Property

The Glow Method is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the appointment.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if:

  • Safety concerns arise

  • Skin condition is unsuitable

  • Policies are repeatedly violated

  • Environment is not appropriate for service


TRAVEL FEE

The Glow Method Spray Tan is a luxury mobile service, and we travel to you for your appointment.

Travel within 15 miles of our service starting location is included in your appointment.

A travel fee will apply for locations outside this area:

  • 0–15 miles: Included

  • 15–25 miles: $10 travel fee

  • 25+ miles: $25+ travel fee depending on distance

Travel fees will always be communicated before your appointment.
